To more efficiently allocate resources due to resource and budget constraints, faculty equipment checkout for items except lavalier mics is not available as of the end of the Spring 2023 semester (May 7, 2023). For additional options, check with your department. The university library offers equipment checkout. Student multimedia equipment checkout is available from CATLabs. More on this change >
Before Semester Start
Before each semester, instructors are invited to a series of hands-on sessions to get familiar with new technologies available in classrooms. See the latest available classroom technology, get demonstrations and checkout equipment. The sessions introduce faculty to new technology solutions with synchronous and asynchronous learning capabilities that work with iCollege to streamline content delivery and provide an opportunity to learn more about the many technology tools available in university classrooms. Additionally, you can pick up lavelier mics at the sessions, after first making a reservation for lavalier mic checkout.
This year's sessions will take place in Classroom South, Rm 150:
- Wednesday, August 16, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Thursday, August 17, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
