Friday, January 31, 2025 FY2026 Award Applicants Proposal Tool Closed for Entries
Monday, February 3, 2025 – Friday, February 28 ,2025 STF Oversight Committee Review all FY2026 proposals.

Monday, March 3, 2025 – Friday, March 7, 2025

Provost

The provost gives final approval to any realigned technology fee proposals and determines any remaining allocation percentages of student tech fee funding available for the colleges, if any.

Monday, March 17, 2025 – Friday, March 14, 2025

STF Oversight Committee

Tech Fee Oversight Committee gives its annual report to the Senate IIT Committee. This report will detail which proposals were funded, which were modified, and which were denied along with any other relevant information for the committee.

FY2026 Unit Coordinators and Departmental Committees

FY2026 Departmental Committee Review and Voting Period (Voting Results due by April 18, 2025).

Monday, April 21, 2025 – Friday, May 25, 2025 IIT and DCS IIT and DCS Total Cost/Impact Advisement for FY2026 proposals.

FY2026 Unit Departmental Cost Adjustments Based on IIT and DCS Advisement (cost proposal sheets must be updated to reflect IIT/DCS advisements and loaded into the Tech Fee tool)
FY2026 Unit Coordinator Final Review and Submission of Proposals for Senate IIT Review
