Bomgar allows select IT technicians to access a user’s computer and troubleshoot issues without talking them through a series of confusing procedures or requiring an in-person visit.

Bomgar allows IT support staff to share a user’s view of their screen, transfer files, view system configuration information, and carry out other support activities. By default, Bomgar is configured to require end-user consent before each type of access is granted.
