What browser should I use with D2L?
You can use Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Chrome. They all work with D2L.
Is there any iOS or Android app for D2L?
Currently, there is no D2L app for students; however, you can use a browser on your Android or iOS device to access D2L.
What if I don’t see any content in some areas like the dropbox or quizzes?
Not all instructors choose to use every function within Desire2Learn. This is why some areas will have content and others might not.
Where can I get support on D2L?
You can send help ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call 404-413-HELP (4357). You can also get in-person assistance in Library North on the second floor.
Can I forward e-mails in D2L to another e-mail account?
No. All e-mail in D2L is self-contained and cannot be forwarded.
Can I customize anything on my D2L profile or interface when logged in?
You can upload a picture of yourself as part of your profile. This picture will be visible to students in your classes, as well as your professor. You can also add tasks to a task list (if you wish).
Will students be able to instant message other students in D2L?
Yes. There is a chat feature in D2L.
