Dialpad for IIT

Dialpad is a next-generation, cloud-based phone service that employees of Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) use for their telephone communications at Georgia State. The Dialpad service includes browser functionality, as well as desktop and mobile applications, allowing IIT to use any of their devices as their work phone.

  • Call anyone inside or outside the university and control your Caller ID
  • Send chat or text messages from within the Dialpad app
  • Add other callers to a single call to create larger group discussions
  • Appoint assistants to your account who can answer your calls and check your voicemails
  • Place callers on hold, or transfer callers to any number
  • Switch seamlessly between your phone and computer while on a call
  • Set “Do Not Disturb” to prevent unwanted calls
  • And more!
