The IIT Technology Service Desk is currently closed for the Memorial Holiday Weekend (Saturday-May 28 through Monday May 30, 2016 ). During this time, submitted e-mails and web form requests cannot be entered into our ticketing system. We ask that you please call 404-413-HELP (404-413-4357) for assistance or, if the issue is not immediate, contact us by phone, e-mail, or web form request on Tuesday, May 31 , 2016, when our office will reopen. Only, limited support is currently available to assist with items such as password resets, account lockouts, and reporting of urgent network or system issues by phone.
