Common Problems With Connecting to GSU Wireless

I can’t connect to GSU Wireless.

If your Campus ID Password is expired, you will not be able to connect to the GSU wireless network. If you suspect your password may be out of date, you can update your password at campusid.gsu.edu. Your password may take up to 30 minutes to affect your wireless access.

If you are having trouble connecting to the GSU wireless network, removing the network from your list of networks, and then reconnecting, can sometimes help to resolve login issues.

Here’s how to forget the GSU network and add it to your device again.

  1. If you know that your password is not expired, and you still have problems with connecting to GSU Wireless, try to forget the GSU network and reconnect to enter your new CampusID password.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
