Switching Between Student and Faculty or Staff Email Accounts

Posted On April 9, 2014

Overview

If you have both a student and a faculty or staff email account, and you visit both accounts in the same browser, the sign-in page for one account may get cached in your browser’s memory. When this occurs, you may be directed to the sign-in page for the wrong account.

When this occurs, you can follow these steps to correct the issue:

  • Close and then reopen your browser.
  • Clear your browser cache using the directions below for your browser.
