Update Wireless Password on Windows

  1. When you change your CampusID Password, you will be prompted to enter your new password the next time you connect to the wireless network. Enter your CampusID and Password, and then click OK.

  2. If you are not prompted to enter your CampusID and password, click the wifi-win-icon icon.

  3. Click CatChat2x, and then click Connect.

  4. Enter Your CampusID and Password, and then click OK.

Update Wireless Password on Mac

  1. Click the airport-icon icon at the top right in your Mac toolbar.
  2. Click Open Network Preferences.

  3. Click Advanced.

  4. In the Wi-Fi window:
    1. Select CatChat2x
    2. Click the “—” sign
    3. Click OK

  5. Click Disconnect.

  6. Click Connect.

  7. In the pop-up window:
    1. Enter your CampusID if not already populated
    2. Enter Your CampusID Password
    3. Click OK
