Connect to Wireless using XpressConnect for iOS devices

Overview

This document details the steps to connect to Georgia State’s wireless network, CatChat2x, using XpressConnect for iOS devices.

Connect to Wireless using XpressConnect for Android

NOTE: If your iOS device can already connect to the Internet without using a local wifi connection, but you still wish to configure your device with CatChat2x, please skip to step 3
  1. Tap Safari.

  2. On the Campus Log In webpage, sign in with your CampusID and Password.

  3. Go to wireless.gsu.edu.
  4. Tap Set Up Your Device.

  5. Check the Agreement Box and then tap Start.

  6. Enter your CampusID and tap Continue.

  7. TapInstall.

  8. Tap Install.

  9. Enter your CampusID Password then tap Next.

  10. Tap Done.

  11. Go to Settings.

  12. Tap Wi-Fi under the Settings column. Be sure that you are connected to CatChat2x. If your device has not automatically connected, tap CatChat2x to connect.

  13. If prompted, enter your enter your CampusID password.
