Configure Your iOS Device for Campus Email Service

Steps to Configure Your iOS Device to Work with Office 365

NOTE: If this is your first email account on your device, tap “Mail” and proceed to step 3.
  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap  Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  3. Tap Add Account.

  4. Tap Exchange.

  5. In the Exchange window:
    1. Enter your CampusID e-mail
      NOTE: If you are a student, your PantherMail email address is CampusID@student.gsu.edu. If you are a faculty/staff, your Campus Email Address is CampusID@gsu.edu
    2. Enter your CampusID e-mail password
    3. Enter Office 365 in the Description field.
      NOTE: You can use any short name that’s meaningful to you, such as “GSU email”.

    4. In the Exchange window:
      1. Choose the type of information you want to synchronize.
      2. Tap Save in the upper right corner.
    5. The new e-mail will appear in your Settings, under Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    6. NOTE: If the steps above generate the error: Cannot Connect to Server, you may need to identify your Office 365 server name.
