Listserv Subscriber FAQ


How do I subscribe to a list?

  1. Go to listserv.gsu.edu and log in.
  2. Browse the list of listservs and click on the one you wish to join.
  3. In the Options section, click Join.
  4. Fill in your Name, select your options, and click the Join [listserv name] button.


How do I send a message?

  1. Go to listserv.gsu.edu and log in.
  2. Click LISTSERV Archives and select your list.
  3. Under Options section select Post New Message.
  4. Fill out the form: Name (populated by default), Subject, Message, and Attachments if any.
  5. Select Send.


How do I leave the list?

  1. Go to listserv.gsu.edu and log in.
  2. Click LISTSERV Archives and select your list.
  3. Under Options section select Leave.


How do I log in?

NOTE: If this is the first time you are logging in, or if you have forgotten your password, you will need to click on “Get password” before logging in

  1. Go to listserv.gsu.edu.
  2. Login using the email address you are subscribed under and your password.


How do I get a password?

If this is the first time you are logging in, or if you have forgotten your password:
NOTE: If you already had a LISTSERV password but cannot remember what it was, this procedure will automatically replace your existing password with the new one you will be entering

  1. Go to listserv.gsu.edu.
  2. Click on Get Password.
  3. Enter an email address and a password
  4. Click on the Register Password button
