Checking Your Classlist in Desire2Learn

Overview

You can use the Classlist to see who’s enrolled in your course, check who’s online and to send emails and pages.

Steps to Check Online Status

1. The online status icon is displayed beside the names of each user.

Steps to Send a Page from Classlist

1. Select the users you want to page and click the Page icon.

   

2. Type in your message on the pop up window then click Send.

   

Steps to Send Email from Classlist

1. Select the users you want to email and click the Message icon.

   

2. On the pop up Window:
   1. Enter Email Subject on the subject field
   2. Enter Message on the message field
   3. Click the Browse button to add an attachment (optional)
   4. Click Send.
