What is the URL for D2L?
Desire2learn.gsu.edu

How do I sign into D2L?
Just use your CampusID and password

Will I still be able to access uLearn to see data from old classes?
No. uLearn cannot be accessed by students after Dec 30, 2012

What browser should I use with D2L?
You can use Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer or Chrome. They all work with D2L.

Is there any iOS or Android app for D2L?
Currently, there is no D2L app for students; however, you can use a browser on your Android or iOS device to access D2L.

Will any of my data from uLearn be in D2L?
No student data from uLearn (from your previous classes) will appear in D2L.

When can I log into D2L?
You will be able to log in by Tuesday, January 8 at 8:00 AM.

Where can I learn how to use D2L?

What if I don’t see any content in some areas like the dropbox or quizzes?
Not all instructors choose to use every function within Desire2Learn. This is why some areas will have content and others might not.

Is it true that some students will win a free puppy when they log into D2L in January?
No. There will not be any free puppies for students.

Where can I get support on D2L?
You can send help ticket to help@gsu.edu or you can call 404-413-HELP (4357). You can also get in-person assistance in Library North on the second floor.

Can I forward e-mails in D2L to another e-mail account?
No. All e-mail in D2L is self-contained and cannot be forwarded.

If I cannot see my professor’s D2L course when logged into D2L, what should I do?
Let your professor know and he or she can have you added to the course in D2L.

Can I customize anything on my D2L profile or interface when logged in?
You can upload a picture of yourself as part of your profile. This picture will be visible to students in your classes, as well as your professor. You can also add tasks to a task list (if you wish).

Will students be able to instant message other students in D2L?
Yes. There is a chat feature in D2L.
