Insert a Link to a Discussion

1. Select the text where you wish to insert a link, and click the Insert Quicklink icon.
   
2. On the Insert a Quicklink page, choose your desired discussion from the Discussions: Category drop-down box.
   
3. In the Link Options section:
   1. Enter a caption for your link in the Link Caption field
   2. Select one of the Open options. You can choose to show the linked content in the whole window, the same frame, or a new window.
   3. When you are finished, click Insert.

   

Create a Link to an External Website

1. Go to the desired website and copy the URL.
   
2. Select the text where you wish to insert a link, and click the Insert Quicklink icon.
   
3. Choose Url in the Category: drop-down list.
   
4. Paste the URL that you copied in step 1 into the Url: field.
   
5. In the Link Options section:
   1. Enter a caption for your link in the Link Caption field
   2. Select one of the Open options. You can choose to show the linked content in the whole window, the same frame, or a new window.
   3. When you are finished, click Insert.
