This document shows you how to modify your iCollege email settings according to your preferences. For Example: adding your personal email signature.

iCollege Email Settings

  1. Within the Course Homepage:
    1. Click Communications
    2. Click Email
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. In the iCollege Email Settings
    1. Customize or modify your Email Options:
      • Track Activity: Allows you to track activity sent to internal email addresses
      • Include Original Message: Places a a copy of the email thread below your current message
      • Save a copy to the Sent folder: Ensures your message is saved in your Sent Mail folder
    2. Write your own Personal Signature in the Email Signature box
    3. Choose your Display Options
    4. Choose your Forwarding Options
    5. Click Save
