Network Security/Infrastructure and Phone:

  • Critical Services:
    • Network security services
    • Network and Internet access as well as connectivity to all campus buildings and the Technology Operations Center
    • Phone access to the public network and to all campus buildings, including local and long distance service as well as basic services such as voicemail and 911
  • To be handled when the university reopens:
    • Network and phone access to a particular floor of a building, unless that floor supports a system pre-designated as critical by the area’s administration

  • IS&T Help Center:
    • Reporting of emergency issues
    • Recording of service and non-critical system maintenance requests to be addressed on return to university standard operational hours
