Overview

This document gives you instructions on how to create folders in your Desire2Learn email inbox.

Creating Email Folders in Desire2Learn

  1. Click Communication and then click Email on the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on Folder Management in the D2L Inbox.

  3. Click on New Folder in the Folder Management window.

  4. In the New Folder window:
    1. Choose Folder Type.
    2. Enter the Title of your folder in the Folder Name field.
    3. Choose Parent Folder (Optional)
    4. Click Save.
